"It's great at least the buses show up relatively on time Plus the drivers tend to be pretty nice"

"Decent enough place. There's a lot of covered parking, which is great. I just wish there was better bathroom and water fountain accessibility."

"I just been through it. Never had the chance to just explore the spot much. Also I'm not quite sure the rail goes here or not either...."

"Very clean, well lit, looks/feels safe. The help center/office should stay open longer, at least a window where you could get answers or buy passes. The buses came frequently, most people waited five minutes or less. Except me for some reason. The bus I was waiting for (no. 51) switched his sign to "out of service" every time he got there, and the driver flat lied to me about how to get where I needed to go. With the office closed, there was nothing I could do but wait. I waited there over three hours until the nice driver of 52 called a supervisor and went out of his way to get me within a couple blocks of my destination. My personal experience was bad - horrible. But, , the center is very nice, clean and comfortable, so the wait wasn't so bad. The office needs longer hours."
