"In home estimate was easy. Packing team was mostly great. One of the guys was much less capable than the others so I think the pack took longer than it needed to. And, the movers the next day were not as happy with the packing as they didn’t wrap the furniture. Mover was VERY communicative which was great. He had run into a problem w his truck so they got a later start than expected but they were extremely professional and kept me informed from the pickup to the delivery."

"Good overall process from quoting, contracting, packing, loading, unloading. All work done as scheduled. We moved a 3-bedroom household from TX to KS and were in regular contact with the local office and over the road crew. The driver crew was great and very experienced. The local crew no so much. The quality of the local crew packing should have been better - missing and broken items. Could be resolved with more customer oversight. Overall good experience and we would recommend NAVL for household moves."
