"I called their main number and was given a different number to register. I received a call from them but I missed it because I sleep during the day. I’ve been trying to reach them for over two weeks now. I’ve called and they tell me someone will call me back to take my information and somehow they are always “out of the office” when I call. Someone in that department answers, but they can’t assist me? They asked me whether I’m interested in psychiatry or therapy. I said “I’m not sure, possibly both” I got an “oh, wow ok”… how welcoming."
"It was great at first. They continue to require office visits after diagnoses even when there is no change. They withhold prescriptions in order to force you to make more office visits. When you do finally get that done, they may or may not call the correct prescription. They are in no hurry to help. There is no one to help you if you have issues with your prescription after hours or call close to 4:45. Meanwhile, your child has withdrawal symptoms and meltdowns. Billing department is disorganized. Pay attention to your bill. Better yet, avoid the headache and find a better counseling service."
"I have been seeing Dr. Williams for about 7 years and have nothing but great praise for him. I have a very hard to treat condition and he has worked with me consistently to find and continue the best treatments. Even after I moved from the SA area, he was willing to continue my treatment via teleheath, so I was not forced to find a new provider who would probably not have been receptive to my prescription regimen. Dr. Williams even found a treatment for me, so I wouldn't have to be on so many meds. Unlike other reviewers, I have never had anything but positive dealings with his staff."
