"Rented a pickup truck and was charged an additional 7 miles on the odometer. I made a note of what it was when I drove off. My apt is less than 4 miles away and I moved within my complex and they charged me for 14 miles. I know for a fact that the truck was gone the first part of the day before I came to pick it up. I live in the area, drove by the night before and saw it which is why I had the idea to just rent a pickup instead of a box truck. I drove by in the morning running errands and the truck was not on the lot. They either rented it earlier or used it themselves and I clearly got charged for those extra miles. Shady and disappointing because I always use this location."
