"My name is Patricia Georgeff and I am handicapped….. I attempted two separate times to use your notary service today. The first time I was told that the notary was in a management meeting to come back 1-1/2 hours later. When I came back, I was told the notary was still in the management meeting…… could not break from the meeting to do a service for a paying customer. UPS advertises they have a notary service but it is just a story they tell their customers to keep them coming back….. no more, I am done with UPS…… signed, Very Unhappy Customer!!!"
"Had to drop off a package to be mailed out by UPS, and this location was the closest to me. Extremely friendly staff! I was greeted immediately by a gentleman in glasses when I walked in with a "how are you doing today, what can I help you with" and it was a breath of fresh air. I had a pre printed label so service was quick. If I need to mail out any more packages or use some of their other services, I would definitely come here again."

Thoroughly awful, and singlehandedly cost UPS my future business. If the company cares about customer service at all, they'll fire her as soon as possible."
