"When I had dogs I could always count on Pet Supplies Plus for having my dog’s favorite food. Today we were looking for wild bird seed and walked out of the store empty handed. I was disappointed."

"I booked what I thought was a full groom for my dog. He’s very fluffy and needed a haircut bad. When I got there I mentioned how long is hair was and that I was happy he was being groomed because he needed a haircut bad. At that time you would’ve thought that the groomers would’ve mentioned that a haircut wasn’t included in the package that I chose. I paid $75 just to have my dog washed. He cannot see and his hair was soooo long. I was frustrated because I don’t understand what I paid $75 for. I was talking to two of the ladies explaining my frustration and some lady that was grooming a dog jumped in and was being smart. I wasn’t talking to her and I am very upset with the service I received. I called and spoke with a manager and she was nice , however she needed to speak with her manager. When her manager called back he was not helpful at all and just apologized and hung up. He did not offer anything. To me the communication should have been better and the customer service as well. Who wants to pay $75 just to have their dog washed. I could’ve washed him myself for that. Then when I asked if I could bring him back and pay the difference just for a cut he told me no. Why would I pay twice? You don’t know what I have going on or dealing with as to why I had to leave. At this point I want my money back or a partial refund. I don’t understand why I wasn’t advised at the time that I dropped him off that a haircut was not included in the package. Poor thing can’t even see. Update- Thank you management and the two ladies in the grooming department. I am happy with the way it was handled. My baby can see again."
