When I was not home delivery driver in unmarked Enterprise truck did not come to my front door like all other deliveries, but creepily went to the back alleyway and opened my fence gate to enter my yard. Not professional or reliable. Never received the package."

"I mostly get TVs and electronics shipped to us, but I have noticed that Old Dominion is a carrier that truly cares about getting their cargo to its destination undamaged! And I believe that goal is held throughout their company, at least as far as I can tell. So whenever I get a choice of who to use, I always ask for Old Dominion."
"After several terrible experiences with FedEx we asked our vendors if there was another method of shipping we could use. They suggested Old Dominion so we gave them a shot. Right away we were impressed that they were able to deliver our packages on time or earlier than expected. We left a note to call ahead of time and they ACTUALLY did that. When the delivery driver arrived he was super friendly and quick to unload everything. The next experience we had was the exact same. The next experience after that, we had broken the phone that they were to call ahead of time and called the main office to update the information and get a status on the delivery. The office staff was super quick to respond, call the driver, update our info and give us an ETA. I love that these people do exactly what they say they will, on time, and with a smile. AND most importantly, our packages are never damaged unlike with the other guys. I'll NEVER go back to FedEx."
