"Driver said they got lost and didn't deliver our shipment. They made no attempts to contact us for directions and they also are not answering their phone. I would leave a message, but their mailbox is full which implies they've probably done this to multiple people. Very bad service, would not recommend."

"Very poorly run company. I would not recommend using them for a delivery service. Don't bother calling or expecting your packages to be delivered on time. They seem to be at the bottom of the list in customer service and work ethic. I have had multiple auto repair job deadlines completely ruined and lost loyal and patient customers due to the company's lack of work ethic and communication. I hope there is change for the better in the future. I will not be using or recommending this company again. Don't bother trying to make up for it. Just fix the issues for your hopeful current and future customers. For your own sake."

"One location has no idea what the other location is doing (or one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing) and it led to me losing an entire day off of work because this company was a no-show/no-call. Turns out, there are several locations and they do not coordinate or communicate with each other. But they are more than happy to set up a delivery date/schedule even if it's not for something they have because the item is at a different location and they have no idea. My air compressor purchased from Home Depot and shipped via Estes was supposed to be a home-delivery by Diligent but their support staff is a joke."

"I'm so grateful for Diligent Delivery Systems! I called to have some documents picked up and they were picked up and delivered within an hour! That is fast! Ron, the delivery driver, texted me when he arrived and texted me once the package had been delivered. He was super friendly and made me feel well taken care of. Thank you, Ron (Driver #93) for all your help today. I will definitely use Diligent Delivery systems again in the future."

"Worst experience ever. Called me at 1:30pm to set up delivery for the next day. Told me they would call again in 2-3 hours to narrow down time frame. I did not receive a phone call so I called. No one picked up and after calling several.more times I used their texting service that supposedly contacts their "operations" team. An hour after I texted, I received a response saying "what's the name on the delivery". I immediately replied back with my name. 25 minutes passes and I send a text asking if some one would please call me back. No response. Another hour goes by and I text again, no response. Mind you, this is all prior to their 6:30pm closing time. The next morning I call several times and finally get a hold of someone. They tell me the time frame is between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. By the way, I've taken the entire day off work since I had no idea when they would be here. Then, at 10:00am I receive a text, "what city was the delivery for". I replied explaining I already talked to someone in the office. I also explained how unhappy I was with my experience and it is extremely inconsiderate to treat customers like this... No response. So at 3:00pm I decide to call Diligent to check since they have contact with dispatch to see the status. I do not want to wait until the last minute, only to find out they won't be delivering. The woman on the phone tells me they will call 30 minutes prior to arrival and if they don't call by 4:30 (the end of the time frame) then call back. I explained that I want to be proactive and not wait until it's too late. She said she was going to check and put me on hold, then dropped the call. I called back, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I called back again and no answer, called again and spoke to another woman. I explained it was just trying to get an idea of the time frame. She then informed me that they did not have my packages and that they would not be delivered today. I explained that they called for the delivery confirmation the day before. She said they received wrong information and there was nothing they could do. I am now out $300 of my own money because I took off work without pay, because I had no pto due to a medical issue earlier in the year. The woman refused to let me talk to a supervisor, said they was nothing more she had to say, and hung up. I called Estes trucking and they insisted that Diligent did in fact have the package and they were calling to figure out what's going on... Now I am sitting here waiting for a delivery that may or may not happen."
