"Omg, first time 2 c a friend and I like da way they have it setup BUT I didn't know they had hall monitor, dis nurse wuz talking 2 me from behind so I keep on walking and she got in front of me and 4 da 3x she ask (Who are you and I told her and if she wanted 2 c my driver license she said no that my job. No ur job is da Patience) I been check in by another nurse"

"First day my cousin is there and being told by the nurses to "shut up" among other things. The nurses have no comparison or respect for the patients. No bedside phones. My cousin cannot walk but is being told he has to walk to the nurses station to use the phone."
