"My son had pink eye infection on both his eyes, ended up having strep throat as well. Dr. Means was the assigned doctor for the visit. Dr. Means didn't get near my son to check him, he walked in and from across the room looked at him and made his diagnosis. The Medical Assistant was more helpful than the actual Dr. If that weren't enough, the doctor didn't sent to the pharmacy the prescription needed for pink eye. Stores don't carry over the counter medication for pink eye for toddlers. How can a Dr. be so careless, oh yeah it was Friday and getting ready to leave for the weekend."
