"The people working here are very rude. We received a shipment of chairs to our clinic that were not for us. Being a nice human, I called the 1-800 number listed and spoke to a lady named Bailey. I tried to explain to her that I thought UPS delivered the medical chairs because we had gotten a bunch of other stuff from UPS around the same time. I explained they were certainly delivered to the wrong business. She said that they were not UPS and that I needed to call UPS and deal with them. I explained to her that the boxes didn't have UPS labels on them, without a UPS label UPS couldn't do anything and that I got their number from an order sheet. I did not know that this company was the shipper. I asked if she could look up a tracking number or shipment with the order number listed and she insisted that she could not do anything and that I needed to call UPS. Once I said that I will just toss the products and they can refund the business their money all of a sudden she came around and asked for the address they were delivered to. I gave her my clinics address and she stated no deliveries we made to that address. I explained AGAIN that the chairs were delivered to the wrong address. She asked for the address they were supposed to go to, low and behold the shipment came up. My clinical staff let me know that the delivery driver was also rude. We are a clinic delivering life saving dialysis to over 20 patients at one time. This delivery driver stood at our buzzer and held it down while our staff were in the middle of a shift change of patients. When a nurse came out to ask what he needed he CONTINUED to hold the buzzer down. She had to tell him to take his finger off of the buzzer. Not only did this company deliver this product to the wrong clinic but they pulled one of our nurses from the floor during out busiest time and disrupted our patients. The medical fieldnis already stressed enough. The delivery person also blocked a fire extinguisher and an emergency exit with where they put the two large boxes. I let them know the products will be outside since we don't have space for them and I also let the business they were supposed to go know that averitt could possibly be leaving their product outside at the wrong address over night. They were much more grateful about being updated of the issue than averitt was."
