"I have never even been here and I would not recommend. My very first encounter I got a very rude response from Krista. I simply asked when the next available appt with someone who does accept insurance and Krista said “ Unfortunately, that is not a question that I have a solid answer for. Since mental health is not an exact science is it difficult to know when caseload will open up for the counselors to accept more clients.” Which is a very unprofessional in my opinion. I also did cancel my appt because I wanted to find some who would accept my insurance, mind you never even been to the facility or met the counselor. And still got charged $75. This place simply just wants money and not to actually help our children."

"They can not retain ANY counselors and constantly have them leave leaving people without a therapist and having to restart over and over again. Their billing process is ridiculous and they forget to ask for your copay and then randomly bill you for hundreds of dollars at one time months later. I have proof of all of this and can provide it."

"Amy was great at first. The first few sessions with our child we saw a difference. Then our calls weren’t returned but once they returned our calls and made appointments again Amy said she would contact me to follow up on what her and our child discussed as our child is a minor. Amy missed that phone meeting with me never called or text. A few sessions later I had the day of the week wrong missed an appointment she was very quick to call me/text me and ask for 50.00 since our session was missed I apologized and told her I must have wrote the day wrong or she wrote it wrong. When I called the office the receptionist had no record an appointment was missed but I paid the 50.00 anyway. It’s double standards Amy missed our phone appointment and I didn’t charge her. Amy started to seem as if she was only about the money not about our child’s wellness therefore we stopped seeing Amy. Once she got our child to trust her she wasn’t consistent any longer that was difficult for our child to start with a new counselor."

"Update: The owner did contact me via email 12/26/19 and was very helpful in resolving this issue. Look forward to trying them again. Will update again later. So far not great. No one answers the phones or call you back. We were seeing a great counselor there but after 2 visits she let us know she was leaving and we would be transferred to another counselor which was fine with us. The new counselor is always late when she shows up at all. I’ve been trying to reach the office about getting another counselor for 2 weeks and can’t get a call back. So disappointed."

"Can't really attest to their counseling, I contacted through their website four days ago and have received no response. For someone who often perceives being rejected, it's not a plus. gave a one star because had to. Have edited star rating from one to five HOWEVER it's still not attesting to personal counseling. The above mentioned was a communication error with me partially to blame. It has been rectified and Amy couldn't have been more understanding. Looking forward to checking them out!"
