El Camino Shuttle

"Don’t be tricked!!! If you don’t want to be left without a ride on your special day, don’t book with El Camino Shuttle. I booked a shuttle for our Oct. 2023 wedding back in Dec. 2022. Lester collected a deposit from me and we signed an agreement. I followed up with Lester many, many times closer to the date of my event, and never heard back. Finally, a week before my wedding, I was planning to book a different vendor, but I was able to get ahold of him through a family member calling and he confirmed that no matter what, he wouldn’t leave our group stranded on my special day. Well, TWO DAYS before my wedding, I randomly receive my deposit back as a pending credit to my credit card via Square. No notification from Lester. We frantically call Lester on my fiancés phone (to ensure he would actually answer since he didn’t know his number) to see what was going on and he informs us that none of his drivers will be able to service our event. TWO DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING! Frantic, we ask if he knows of anyone else who can shuttle our group of 100 to the venue (which is out in the middle of nowhere, so a shuttle would be required) and we also start calling around. After a while, he connects us with Key Shuttle Inc., who thankfully was able to serve our event but at a much higher cost. I asked Lester if he would cover the difference. He agreed, but I have yet to see a dime from him and in fact, he PULLED BACK the deposit credit on my account and tried to keep it! I’m still working with my credit card to get it back as he refuses to return my emails requesting the reimbursement that he knows we are due for a service that he did NOT provide. Do not book with this service. You will end up either with a cancelled event last-minute like I did and they will steal your deposit on top of it."

"Transport to and from the Austin airport was excellent. The cost is very reasonable for the value, and Lester was very professional and courteous. Certainly beats driving your own car, find a place to park, find the shuttle bus from the parking lot to airport departures and lug your luggage on and off a shuttle bus. Then when you get back to Austin you get to do it all over again and pay to get your car out of the parking lot. Lester and El Camino Shuttle is a lot easier and more cost effective if you are going to park your car a week or more. Highly recommend El Camino Shuttle."
