"Been going here for years now. They are always pretty quick and friendly. Sometimes I think they are a bit short staffed especially for all the services they are expected to offer including things like Notary that can take a long time. But they always seem to do their best and get you going as quick as possible, especially considering the endless stream of Amazon returns they get... Though be warned, phone service is kind of terrible here so you should save those return codes before you get there."

"Tell me when it became acceptable to ask a person's name. Address and phone number to mail a christmas ornament or any small package? When I asked him about it they said that it is corporate. Please tell me what does corporate need to know all those things about me for? I remember when we used to be able to do things anonymously.... I'm tired of giving up all my rights every single day...."

"Avoid this store and use the other Liberty Hill location on Hwy 29. Went to pick up a package and were not given all boxes. Went back to pick up the rest of the shipment and were denied due to ID even though the first time we were not asked for an ID. Went back a 3rd time and the clerk wanted to charge us $20 to pick up the package that they should have given us the first time. The other location has much better service (9073 W Hwy 29, Ste 110) or use the Liberty Mail Center."

"Always the rudest service and they give the best effort NOT to ship a package. They make up shipping rules or policies each time I have gone here trying to upsell or push their products instead. The 2.8 stars and falling speaks volumes to the people working here and they are obviously being given their customer service training from a manager that encourages these types of behaviors. I wish we had somewhere else in town to go because this place is horrible."

"First time using this location but wasn't sure if I should based on other reviews. With the price of gasoline I decided to give this location a try. I was given wonderful service by Jignesh, store manager. He was polite, attentive and upfront on pricing for packaging my item and then the shipping cost. I opted to wait and watch as the item was wrapped and packaged. Jignesh was cautious as he measured and wrapped the item first in plastic and then bubble wrap. As he place item in the box he ensured that the sides of the item were not squashed yet well fitted in the box. He sealed the box with plenty of tape to ensure box would not accidently be opened. I highly recommend this UPS location; price of gasoline, groceries, office supplies are going up. Glad we have a location here in Liberty Hill close to home to save time, gasoline and most importantly support our local businesses."
