"I dont see any rating lesser than this. I am trying to contact the team and I rarely get responses back. My things have been picked up from New Jersey and has not arrived even after 12 days . Not sure what I should do with an empty house assuming my things will come atleast after 10 days."

"Paramount moved my from Washington D.C. to California and it was a great experience. The coordinators were very professional and made the process very simple for me and my family. The movers packed our whole house in just a few hours and when everything was delivered to our final destination, everything was in tact and packaged REALLY well. Paramount also coordinated our car to be transported cross country and it arrived in less than a week. Great experience and highly recommended!"

"Dear HR, please DO NOT use this unprofessional and irresponsible company for relocation!!! Please!!!We got to know this company because it was in relocation service package. We simply moved from IL to MI, which was only less than 3hrs driving distance. With a 5mo baby, we didn't expect that they can mess up things so bad. They promised to move everything within 3days, and when we called again the lady changed what she said before and said need aother week. So baby couldn't sleep in his crib instead of that sleeping on carpet for 11days. That's what they did. They are the 3rd party of moving and tried to find the cheapest way(so they found 1 company from WI to help us pack and found another company to restore our stuffs in Detroit for a week and then got another company to unload and delievery). Never think about what we were facing now, waiting for 11days with a new baby. Because they want to save expense. Another thing is, they have 2 people on call and they are so rude. They don't pick up the phone at all and they said they did have a manager but every time they said she was out of office. This is my worse experience of my relocation. Dear HR, please don't use this unprofessional and irresponsible company for relocation. My family feel so weird how can a company with such a working attitude survive in the States?"

"Pathetic and UNPROFESSIONAL Service. They will mess up your move so go elsewhere. Shipment Picked up from residence (Houston) : 5th June Sail Date provided : 13th June Actual Sail date : 4th July. Container sat with Paramount and they didn’t care to inform us. Shameful service."
