"Very poor and disappointing lack of service. Dropped 11mo old husky off at the scheduled time 12/31 at 3pm. They had one groomer on staff and she said it would be 3-4 hours. She then calls an hour later and says he’s too scared and she refuses to bathe him. He’s a sweet pup and was just bathed by a groomer 3 weeks ago with no issue! Huskies are very vocal dogs and any groomer should know that. The employee was clearly just ready to go home. Total waste of time and undue stress on our pup."

"Just like most Petcos. I made a reservation to get my dog bathed and have her nails trimmed. Even with the reservation, we had to leave her there because there were other dogs ahead of her. Several hours later she was done. I guess they don't understand how reservations are supposed to work. The groomer was very friendly and did a nice job on her."

"not sure what's going on with this store but the aquarium section sucks. Came in several times asking to buy and there was no one around. the one person at the checkout says they don't work the aquatics. the other person restocks and stated the aquatic place shutdown around 6 or 7pm. this place needs new management."

"Just had our little Yorkie groomed at Petco Highland Village. What a terrific experience! She is a little rescue and has abandonment worries causing her to shake and be very nervous when we leave her. The staff did a terrific job of taking care of her. Dustin did her grooming and it was just fantastic! Very cute, done in a very reasonable time, and our little sweetie was very calm and happy at pickup. The checkout staff recommended ways we can save money and were very helpful. Great experience!!"
