"Dr. Kteily has helped me so much that I cannot come up with the words to describe how amazing she is! I knew there was something wrong inside and she helped guide me through the process of learning who I truly am. I 10000% recommend her if anyone is struggling with anything! She does it all! LGBTQ, family, child counseling and couples counseling! My son also sees Dr. English, she has worked wonders with his anger issues! Highly recommend her for anyone’s child!"

"My daughter saw Audrey Kteily for a little over six months. I started to become concerned when I realized that Kteily was serially dishonest. The oddest part was that she lied about things that didn’t matter at all, and it became clear that she doesn’t have a good enough memory to keep track of which lie she’s told to which people. After my daughter stopped seeing her, she told me that one of the reasons there had been no progress was because she didn’t trust Kteily. In their private sessions when my daughter had said that she wasn’t ready to talk to me about an issue, Kteily would tell her that they could keep it confidential and that she wouldn’t tell me, but that together they would work towards her being comfortable telling me (exactly the right thing - unless there’s an immediate safety issue, I don’t need to know right away). Then, when I joined the end of the session, I was told. My daughter's trust violated, she quite reasonably stopped talking to Kteily about anything important. Without trust, there is no therapeutic relationship. The other issues are more structural. In over six months, Kteily was never once on time for an appointment, and tardiness was never acknowledged with an apology. When appointments were for 8am, we were told that they would start at 8:15am because Kteily had to take her child to school. I don’t believe that it is ethical to bill both patients and insurance companies for an hour of therapy when there is never any intention of providing an hour of care."

"I called this clinic after doing some internet research and reading the reviews. When they called me back they were very unaccommodating and unsympathetic. They did not seem to give one care about me, my family or my problems. I tried to explain I had to drive an hour to the clinic but they still did not seem to care. Seemed like when they found out I was a cash customer and not someone who's insurance they could bill, they were no longer interested in me or helping me with my problems. If I could leave less than 1 Star I would. I hope this place goes out of business."
