"Nice tow truck driver. Picked up another drivers trailer there. Signage not helpful to find it, but used maps satellite. Go to the back of the lot."

"I worked for Start Trucking for 7 years and they were great. Now retired. Owner and staff , all worked together well. As a company , (driver and office staff) the same thing, worked well together. We have great drivers, one driver that has been with the company since to doors opened in 1983 and drivers there 20, 17, 11 years, so on so forth. For new drivers that come on with Start Trucking, we try working with them and try to make all drivers happy. Once in a while, you will have a driver, no matter what you do, he still wants more or never show up on time to work or late on loads, but we still try to work with them, but never could make them happy, to finally they leave the company, instead of coming and talking to the staff to see how the issue can be solved. I guess you can't make everyone happy. I tell people and drivers, that if you want a company to treat you, like a human and not a number and paid fairly and on time, to go to Start Trucking"

"This place doesn't deserve a star the owner takes your money without completing the job says he's got to work on his trucks. By the time he's done it's time to close. and gotta pay just for being there for about 4or5 hours sucks big time"
