"Arrived on time and was told wait inside my truck at the gate. About 10-15 minutes later I was assigned to door 4. Had to blind side back in. Once backed in I was told I could go check in. Stood in line for about 10 minutes then the women behind the desk made us in the lobby in the area aware that we had to pull a ticket for service. Several men that came in after me were closer to the tickets so they pulled it and obviously were now moved ahead of me. Waited about another 15 to 20 minutes before finally reaching the window only to be told that they recently changed their shipping and I needed to go out the gates then circle the block and check in on the opposite side near dock 70. That side was for the drivers who had paperwork lol So I did that. Parked on the street this time because it looked too tight to pull in. No place to turn around or park without being in the way. Walked in stood in another line for about 15-20min to get checked in. At this point it was now an hour after my initial arrival. Was told to pick a door between 65 and 70. Had to wait about 10 minutes on a Duly truck with flat bed to get out of the way because he was being loaded in front of the docks. Once finally backed in loading didn’t start for another few hours. All in all I arrived at noon and wasn’t finished loading until after 5:30. 20,000lbs. This place was so disorganized, cluttered, nails all over the place. The one star given was because the people were nice. But as far as everything else goes they seemed as confused and disorganized as the yard was. Won’t be returning."

"carriers must avoid these liers. they sent me rate confirmation for a load which was 15000 lb but after I drove all the way to their yard and wasting my day in traffic and their yard they wanted to give me a 42500 lb load. I lost a day and they did not paied any cancelation fee. if any body spamed by these brockers and wants to sue them or put a lien on their bond please contact me."

"I missed my appointment time for my pick up so instead of allowing me to make a u turn they force me to back my 53 ft trailer up in rush hour on coming traffic blindingly i can not see oncoming traffic on my passengerside. Someone could have been serious hurt. Allowing someone to make a u turn and safely exit the facility instead of endangering lives should be the up most important solution. No one offered any assistance but did threaten to call the police on me. I will be filing a complaint with OSAH because that is very dangerous. And they keep saying is truckers do it all the time. I'm sure if you force them and threaten to call the police on them no one wants the hassle but yet if an accident occurs you will be dealing with the police anyway..."

"Place is busy. Got me unloaded quick enough. Forklift drivers were the star of the show. Teamed up and got my flatbed unloaded. Snack machine in the driver waiting area."

"Great experience when visiting this location. The receptionist Rebecca was very professional and polite. The foray was appealing to the eyes. They have wheelchairs access and restrooms for visitors."
