"I use to deliver loads from Washington state to this Houston location. They were always shopping for cheaper carriers. If you don’t give kickbacks (100.00 per load) to the lady that books the loads Marianna, she’ll quit booking you for the route. I recommend that you don’t get too friendly with anyone working here because they’ll treat your kindness as a weakness and the first minor issue or disagreement you have with them, route cancelled."

"Lost $1400 dollars of stuff shipped and never reimbursed the shipping or the declared value of the 3 boxes. Submitted a claim form for all 3 boxes in June 30th and have got no reimbursement 8 weeks later. Tried to contact damaged department but Sra. Maribel leaves before 4 pm and no one else can help with lost packages apparently."

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU THEY WILL OPEN YOUR BOX AND TAKE ALL THE THINGS THAT HAVE VALUE. Close the box again and when they receive it in Mexico surprise there is nothing there. I filled a claim and what excuse did they use, that it’s being denial because it appears the box was not open. No confíen en esta compañía, le sacan las cosas de valor de tu caja y cuando familiares la reciben no trae nada . Cuando haces el reclamo te lo niegan que disque porque la caja no se mira dañada . Son una bola de ratas."
