"This is the nearest pet supply store to me and I’ve shopped here several times over the years. The staff on the floor as well as the cashiers have amazing customer service skills, which set this store apart from their competitors. A couple weeks ago a gentleman helped me pick out formula and a bottle for a kitten I just found - there was no way I could read the packaging without my glasses. And one of two cashiers hopped back on her register to help me check out, even though she was getting ready to go on break. I could have easily waited in line for the other cashier, but she insisted. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in years, to be honest. This is a well managed store who have clearly both hired and trained great employees!"
