"We helped a dear friend get her belongings from Missouri to Houston so they can be shipped to Belize. While the quote and agreement were made by our friend and Belize Frieght directly we would be driving the large 26 foot moving truck to their shipping company and dropping it off. Belize freight agreed to have someone meet us on a holiday to recieve the truck. We had a day that the unloading would happen and when the truck would be returned for us. I'm sure this was probably a unique situation, but they went above and beyond for us. They communicated well and kept us in the loop of what was happening after we dropped off to them. They reassured us before we left that there would be someone to recieve and how the return would be arranged. They helped on a few details that we as friends didn't know the details to and talked to us. I'm grateful for their business and their kindness, help, and communication every step of the way. "I been trying to get in contact with them for the past month to get pick up date and I I left messages and send them emails no response still this day. The voice mail that they have it said that they are closed for the Labor day weekend to call back tomorrow but today is Wednesday. I don't know if they still in business or not. But if they still in business they should at least answer the phone and tell customers to take their business to someone else who really wants it."
