"I wanted my baby to see Frankie after a recommendation from a friend who’s child was seen by her 5 years ago, and I believe the quality and bedside manner has declined immensely since my friend visited 5 years ago. Our first appointment Frankie was short and rash with my husband when he asked questions as we filled out paperwork and the session was intense, which I was prepared for. The second one was intense as well and she didn’t explain much of what she doing and why, so I asked questions and she did answer them. Unfortunately our daughter got RSV and so we cancelled the 3rd appointment. I left a voicemail asking to reschedule and when she called about a week later she asked if I could come in the following day and I explained I was out of town the next 3 weekends. Frankie hung up on me and charged my credit card in full for the cancelled appointment and the remaining balance. I found it was very rude to hang up on me because I was expecting her to share dates she was in office during the week instead, but she assumed the worst and just hung up with no communication that she was going to charge my card on file or anything. When we got the notification about the charge we called Frankie daily for 2 weeks and she refused to answer my phone calls. My husband called as well and she never returned our phone calls. We were trying to understand what was going on but it’s clear from her non response that once she makes a judgement about you she doesn’t care about you, your child or their development. No amount of certifications and awards can dismiss the disrespect she has given us since. She won’t call us back, but I’m happy to say we’ve found someone to respect us and love on our child well. I hope you also see the pattern in these reviews of Frankie’s behavior and choose someone else. I’ve already informed my other care providers so they don’t recommend her anymore as it seems her character, integrity, and respect has deteriorated over the years. I can bet that Frankie will find time to dispute everything I’ve said in this review but I rest peacefully knowing the truth and truly hope if you’re reading this you keep searching for someone else who’s willing to communicate and not ghost you as if you and your child don’t matter to her."

"Windsong is a terrible place to come to. Please take this review as an important warning before you come see Frankie. To start Frankie will refuse to return your call if you have any issues with her. She has ignored over 10+ messages trying to get a refund for an appointment we couldn’t attend due to my daughter contracting the RSV virus. We have a positive test from our pediatrician and she does not care about you or your wellbeing. Second her practices are atrocious. While I personally only attended 1 app my wife attended 2 other and Frankie is extremely dismissive and rude. My child cried the whole time during each session and upon further research Frankie’s methods are harsh and abrasive. Go look up any other videos and most children are calm and relaxed during sessions. Not here expect screaming the whole time. Also her assistant Joann is a joke as well. She claimed to be a “contractor” and not affiliated with the business and then went on to say that “Frankie is the best in the business” amount other defensive comments. I have phone records to prove the amount of phone calls to windsong and how none of them were returned. I know frankie will refute my claim on here as I have seen she has done with others. As a final warning do not go see Frankie for yourself or your children. Take time to see a reputable CST who doesn’t have such a shady practice where all phone calls are returned from a blocked number. Lastly the website is poor as well. It was made in 2002 it seems. Her website even says that “all information is general knowledge and isn’t a substitute for medical advice” I have notified both our midwife and Family Chiropractor to never recommend her again and they have agreed"

"I’ve taken both my sons to see Frankie since they were a few months old through toddler years. She did their body work following their lip tie and tongue tie frenectomies and I have no regrets or complaints. Her system is outdated, I agree, but it’s not unreasonable and she explains her process on their outgoing voicemail message so it’s made clear. I was referred to her by my midwife, the dentist that performed the frenectomies, and my chiropractor. The results speak for themselves as well as her accreditation and awards which are displayed in her hallways."

"I am so grateful for Frankie and the work she does. It has been over a year since she worked on my daughter and I still think about our positive experience almost everyday. Before we saw Frankie, we had seen five other wholistic practitioners of different modalities, as well as three medical specialists to help my daughter - all with little to no improvement. As an infant she would wake screaming about every hour around the clock. I was told it was “colic” and to “let her cry it out” by all three medical professionals, but that did not feel right. We did the best we could, and she did improve somewhat with time but was still waking multiple times a night at 2 years old. Even when extremely fatigued she struggled to fall, and stay asleep. It felt as if she could never just relax. A friend recommended Frankie to me and I reluctantly made an appointment as I had not had much luck with other CFT practitioners. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. During the first visit my daughter fell asleep on her own for the second time in her life - at 2 years old - while Frankie was working on her. She also fell asleep in her car seat on the drive home and slept the whole 3 hours for one of the first times in her life. I could see a noticeable difference in her face right after our appointment, and my mom (who didn’t know I had been to the appointment) commented over a FaceTime call that my daughter looked different as well. It was as if all the tension had drained from her face. Her cheeks and jaw had changed. She started sleeping through the night almost immediately and has had minor problems ever since. For anyone who has not been to a more wholistic practitioner, Frankie may seem unconventional. She does not really explain what she is doing during the appointment because she really focuses on what she’s doing. She may seem a little rough, but she does get results. My toddler was crying and squirming when Frankie was working on the inside of her mouth. I had to hold her arms down which as a parent is hard to see and do, but she was a new person by the time we left so it was a literal no-brainer for me. Especially after my experience of paying hundreds of dollars at previous other practitioners’ offices and hearing “she’s not really cooperating, we’ll just have to catch her in a better mood at the next appointment.” “I can’t do much because she won’t hold still.” Now that was frustrating! Frankie can also give some bold opinions which I personally appreciate, I can take or leave the advice. We now live out of state and I wish we could’ve moved Frankie with us!"
