"An incredibly intelligent PhD in many methods of training and skillsets. She has a relaxed setting which allows patients to feel more comfortable. Do not let that fool you, she will hold you accountable for your actions while helping you achieve your goals. She has 2 offices, one in Bedford - M, W, Thu and one in Southlake on Tuesdays. She does have a pug or two at the Bedford office which can be helpful in calming patients when patients are feeling distressed. She does diagnosis testing and can provide medical documentation for reasonable accommodations as well as disbility and bariatric surgery. She stays current on new science and medications and is constantly educating herself so as to give the best information and therapy techniques she can. She specializes in Eating Disorders and Alzheimer's as well as working with a wide range of mood disorders such as MDD, Bipolar type 1 and 2, Anxiety, ADHD, Borderline Personality, OCD and much more. You are crazy if you don't go see here. HA! But seriously, she is worth the drive and the money. She cares deeply about her patients and does not see people as just another dollar. She does run late and she is aware of this flaw as I typically tease her about it. Don't forget she is human. Sometimes she is late due to personal reasons and sometimes she runs late because she spends extra time with patients who are in crisis and wants to make sure they are safe before they leave the office. She does not cut your time with her when she runs late. You will get the time you have scheduled with her. On average she is about 15 minutes behind."
