"This company is completely unreliable. We placed an order from Home Depot for a swing set for my Grandchildren. The company has rescheduled several times on short notice after we have taken off work to accept delivery. The issue is still unresolved and we are still waiting on the swing set."

"Terrible customer which explains the reviews. My husband came in to check up on his application and, no one was at the front. Everyone was goofying, and laughing around, approached him for a FAR DISTANCE, and stated that depending on what we needed will determine if they can help or not all while continually speaking from a far distance. They asked what type of vehicle I had and began to say that they aren’t hiring at the moment all while being told a different story on the phone. I truly would not suggest this company to anyone."

"5/12/2021: I had a recent freight delivery that was listed as "delivered" to Houston's Hot Shot office last week. I received a text message late on the night that I was supposed to receive a "phone call" scheduling my "immediate" delivery. The text provided me only two times... ONE WEEK LATER... and a week AFTER that! No choice as to when I actually NEEDED the delivery. I have called Hot Shot 4 times, and been placed on hold for 15 minutes each time, only to finally hang up. This is the poorest excuse for customer service I have seen during the entire Pandemic. So... I have had to wait over three months for a delivery, and now Hot Shot decides they're scheduling well over two weeks PAST the date they received my package. This is unacceptable. I will never do any business with Hot Shot, and if a company decides to use them I won't do business with them either."
