"I had a demanding move, including a 2 story house and storage units. The team did an awesome job of removing my belongings, loading their trucks, and handling everything. I had a small bowl that was broken and a handle off a coffee mug - everything else arrived in tact. But I did the packing so I accept responsibility for the broken items. The move was well organized and time commitments were adhered to. Great moving experience. I would recommend them."

"The guys that moved me worked very hard and were very courteous though I would not use them again. I had a lot of damage to my furniture. I do not believe these guys had the proper training & education to move high end furniture. They should not have been sent to do this job. They verbally expressed they had never seen a piece of furniture like my bed. I think they were overwhelmed. It was a 12 hour job and they even had to come back the next day to redo the electric bed. I believe the company is at fault not the crew. I hope the company will give their employees better training in the future."

"Arrived on time, 3 pleasant hard working guys. Started out wrapping and protecting dining room set. Those pieces arrived intact and undamaged. Great job so far. Later for some reason they started loading items without wrapping. I was concerned that pieces of furniture were loaded with the finished surfaces being exposed to hand trucks with no protection. Pieces came in contact with door frames that could have been prevented, unprotected and other pieces came close to doing the same. Damage was minimal. Items in the bedroom suite suffered damage on two pieces with the dresser broken at a weak place that looked like it was used as a lifting point. Added to that damage was distortion on the same side to the extent that drawers no longer worked on their rails. The doors on the armoires were not taped to hold them shut. This allowed one to break off at its hinges and shatter the door which was built with glued wooden strips. Though the damage was preventable, these things can still happen so will be filing claim for damages and see how well they are at repairing and resolving. Local move."
