"Edited to add: The way this owner responds to negative feedback says all that needs to be said about his business. Clearly someone who absolutely HATES his job! Seems to me that if you don't like being in the customer service industry and can't handle being NICE ro people then you probably need to find something else to do. Sitting behind a keyboard clacking away insults at customers leaving honest reviews isn't running a business. Perhaps you have so much time to sit around on the internet because your business is slow due to your terrible customer service? If I could give a zero star review I would. This guy is extremely rude. Insane because his prices are high, the store is filthy and cluttered and to top it all off his attitude is terrible. When I walked in he was yelling at someone for parking in front of his store, and I mean cussing at them. He was more worried about the parking than he was with the customer standing in his store. Then as he was helping me he continued to say negative things about them. So unprofessional."

"Just a fair warning for those interested using their services, don't bother. I purchased an item from them and it was never delivered. Seller didn't bother to rectify the situation but call me an "idiot" for not knowing the delivery address when it was them that clearly made a mistake. He went as far as to file a dispute and got his money back along with the item as it was "Returned to Sender." Overall shady business practices all around with a worse douchebag of an owner. Always remember, God is watching you, and you will get what you deserve."

"I purchased some items at an auction. They gave me a guesstimate, and I liked that for shipping. They are a couple hours drive. When they called me for a more accurate shipping cost, the guesstimate went from "about 50 bucks" to 160 bucks for the two lighter boxes... we hadn't even discussed the heavy one. I certainly understand that it is next to impossible to guess at shipping when you have only a description of what is being shipped. I thought it would be better for me to just go pick them up. They stated there would be a 50 dollar "pick up fee" because they had gone to pick up the items from the auction house and had "carefully packaged" them. You are welcome to make up your own mind about carefully packaged by looking at the pictures I have attached."

"I never write reviews, but I have to here. I bought a huge amount of items from a local auction to be delivered. The owner called quickly, was STRAIGHTFORWARD, discussed shipping options, and was extremely hospitable. These types of companies do not control postage pricing! Was my quote high? Sure! My business is all through the mail, so I'm well versed in how insane rates are right now. If you can't handle the current rates, I'd not send any packages with anyone. What I will say though, is if you want a professionally done job and handled by a straightforward, respectable family business, you can't go wrong here. Thanks guys!"
