"It was very easy to schedule the move, and Marcus was friendly and helpful getting our appointment set up. The movers showed up a little early and worked hard to wrap and protect all of our furniture. They didn't waste any time getting everything loaded up and moved over to our new house. Very professional and courteous movers. I highly recommend using them."

"I was a little surprised after reading the good reviews from others that have use Tier 1’s Service. The crew showed up a behind schedule but got the truck loaded in a timely manner. Where the issue was with the management. The “owner” Marcus was present upon arrive but then disappeared on a “run” for 4 almost 5 hours as his crew waited for his return because the truck was out of gas, which he had to supply the crew. Then to add insult tried to charge an hourly rate for his negligence. Then while unpacking we found multiple items damaged. When we contacted the owner about this issue we were brushed off and given a bogus excuse so they would not cover those items. I understand things happen during a moving but to blatantly disregard a customer is completely unprofessional!! Which this company claims to be insured but I wouldn’t chance it. The price is lower than other moving companies but if you value your belongings and your time, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going elsewhere!!!!!! Thank you to the moving crew through all the craziness you Management team put you through!!"
