"bad company the goods arrived in Europe heavily damaged because they were loaded badly by their staff, they got the wrong unit of measurement on the customs bill forcing me to pay extra storage costs due to their mistake, I thought I had turned to professionals with years of experience but so has not been. and when I stated all the problems they replied with a simple sorry. vote 4 because at least the container has arrived at its destination"

"I have been making business with this company since 2016. They used to have a great guy named Mustafa he was excellent but he is not there anymore. I recently made business with them which was very very awful service is the least I can say. Messy staff members who are very rude and all they care about is $. Never seen worse staff members like this before. They are all rude and stiff. The owner him self dose not care to give a call back or reach out. I have been trying to reach him because I have an issue regarding my shipping container over seas. He dose not care to call back at all. I called him 6 times left him messages to call back. Every time I call front desk make up different story. “Oh he just stepped away, oh he is on the phone, oh he is on the other line, and the last oh he left the office” I’m still here upset and frustrated because I have an issue that is costing me money in storage but they do not care at all. They took their money and on to the next one. I still have an issue that’s messing my business that I need to resolve on my own. Next time I will sure do business with another company who cares about their customers. I should have seen those red flags coming by their front desk phone speaker don't even know how to say goodbye and they just hang up on you. Not cool at all."

"It was a great mistake i took my car to this people for shipment. After giving them my car for shipping and was told when it will depart united state to Nigeria, it took them extra 40 days to ship my car. After I fill out all paperwork for this car correctly but when my car arrived Nigeria I was notified about an error in the make of the car. The car was a BMW x3 but it was placed as X5. This is not my fault because all paperwork that I filled put shows X3 and they also have the title of the car which can be properly verified. When I called the ti help in fixing this issue which was an error from them i was told to pay 150 dollars to fix it. Bad customer service and rude people. The lady I talked was tellingme she don't care i shouldn't do business with them anymore. I asked to speak with a supervisor she denied me that. Please don't do business with such an organization that don't own to their mistakes."

"Very unreliable and unreasonable. False business ethics and very poor customer service. Took a car there for shipment to Nigeria, and it took them a whole month to take the car to the port. When I call, they will lie to me that its under going customs inspection while that is a lie. They tell you something else to cover up their ineptitude. Do not take your car there for shipment, you will definitely regret it. I will never ever go there again for shipment or recommend anyone. They used to be good but it looks like they change management."

"The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. They lie about their prices and will add costs to your bill after you shipment is sent and will hold paperwork hostage (won’t release your container) until you pay extra costs without proof of invoice/cost. Also see their warehouse before you ship anything. Had I seen their warehouse before I contracted with them, I would have never agreed to use them."
