Waited my time attending to ups guy despite I got there way before him and they had 2 staffs. Too rigid and unnecessary and useless business rules PS In response to your reply on this statement “we always encourage customers to take picture of prices if they need it sea prices are standard, and it's a logistic company of course we assist with packing and sealing with tape. no way we can refuse this is what we do so your statement is simply not true” It is clear how the rudeness of the staff transitions from the business leads or management to their staffs. On this day, your staffs were packing up various laptops from a big box to another. There was a UPS guy that your staffs were also running back and forth with regarding him help y’all pick up some of your packages. Your staffs were a lady and a gentleman. The Amgray one came into the warehouse that day and you say hi to me!! All these statements are true statements. In hindsight for any feedbacks you’re giving to reviews, try and find ways to fix the issues instead of causing more accusations and annoyances!! Thank you!"

Needed an express shipment and Was billed almost 300 USD only to be disappointed and be told by DHL d package came in without commercial invoice needed for custom clearance and there hasn't been any positive response from amgray's representative to me or to dhl"

"I recently used Amgray Logistics for shipping items to Lagos, Nigeria. Despite sending everything in a single box, one item was unfortunately missing upon delivery. When I contacted Amgray about this, their response was disappointing. There was a notable lack of apology, and they made little effort to resolve the issue or locate the missing item. Additionally, obtaining updates on my shipment was a challenging process, and my interactions with their staff were far from satisfactory. I hope Amgray will take steps to improve their service and customer support, as these changes are essential for the longevity and success of their business."

"They are bunch of fraud! Don’t ever use them!!! I shipped an item through them, according to them it’s meant to arrive within 7-9 business days, day 12 my item is no where close to lagos or being found, and don’t get me started on their level of incompetence. If you ever use them that’s on you!"
