"After placing my order online and waiting well over the time given to pick up, I still had to wait an additional 45 mins to actually get my order and to make matters worse my order was not complete. No host was up front to even acknowledge the people coming in and letting them know the wait time. Management do better, if I could give less than a star I would. I definitely will not be coming back to this food chain ever again there are plenty other places with better food and better customer service then to be dealing with this nonsense."

"I was kicked out before I even started my classes and have no idea why or how that even happens no one will return my calls to tell me how someone gets kicked out without starting classes my license is suspended and I have a full time job so goin up there the is not that easy I left message after message and called and called and have got nothing returned this place does not care about no one that walks into that building period"

"They don't help, they just care about the money. They don't care if you don't show up or if you do, They don't care if you can't show up they will charge you as many times as they can. They don't care if you are responsible for an other 1000 things, the phone weights to much for them to send you a reminder that you have to show up. They expect you to not forget to show up, and I bet they HOPE you forget so that they can charge you as many times as they can."

"HOPE gives you the tools to understand your addiction. It works if you work it, and it won’t if you don’t. Many years ago it worked for me. If you see a bad review on here, what you’re really seeing is a bitter addict unwilling to be honest with themselves and do the work."

"Do not tell these people anything that could get you in trouble, not even if you had a drink, which is what this program is for, those counselors will call your PO and put you in jail for talking to them about an addiction problem, do not trust these counselors, the work for Johnson co, I thought that's what counseling was a place to discuss the problems your facing. But these I can't. Call em counselors people are two faced. They say they are just doing job, doest that job require confidentiality, oh I forgot we felons, we don't matter. You wonder why your success rate is low, cause you more worried about locking someone up than seeing them clean."
