"I attended a session and was pretty disappointed with the outcome as it only encourages the other party to seek more help or assistance which they were unable to offer. Then there is the repeated comments of "I'm a councilor, not a therapist " putting it all together this person is way out of their realm. Therapy you would be more beneficial to the subject seeing them. It's good if you have minor issues but when your digging deep and affecting emotional support are you really doing good at this point. My thought after years of dealing with folks this isn't beneficial to anyone other than their pockets. Just remember who your talking to when talking with this group " councilors not therapist ""

"I called 4 weeks ago to get a counseling appointment for my son and was told I was on a waiting list it would be two to three weeks before he could be seen. I hadn't heard anything so I called back once again having to leave a message again because no one ever answers the phone, only to be called back to be told to look somewhere else to get in. This place just wasted a month of my time and time we could of already been in counseling."
