"Been coming here for a while and I think it’s so unprofessional to be drinking in front of the front door of this business. You can’t even bring your family in because of how they rather drink and party in the front door and having cookouts. Customer service is wack, and they literally don’t care about how many fur babies you got and what they need. Overall won’t be back anymore . Take your money somewhere else."

"Clean and organized store front. Horrible customer service, cashier was mean mugging people and was more interested in selling puppies than helping the line of customers in front of him. They dont consistently honor their hours of operation."

"Do not expect to receive good customer service here. We have come twice already and buy more than $50 in product and have never been asked what kind of dog we have or have been recommended anything. The employee that has been there the past two times is short and dry and seems like he just wants the customer out of there ASAP. Way over priced product. You are better off buying online. It’s cheaper. We live in mission so this location is closer but from now on we will go the location in Alamo."
