"Come Sunday almost everything is separated by couponers with no limit! I'm talking about shelves that you can't touch because the items are "already taken".I asked worker if they had a limit of items and they said "No, go to another store". I only wanted two shampoos, this lady had like 30. Ridiculous! Pretty much no control or customer service in this store. Pharmacy people are also rude! It is the closest to home, but it is the last choice when I don't have the time to go to the other CVS pharmacies."

"Its six p.m. and I'm waiting for some medication (40 min for them to be ready) and I was not even allowed to use extra bucks on a purchase, only because its after 6pm. Makes no sense, but that's the customer service this cvs provides for its customers."

"Rude cashier wouldn't allow my wife to return some products . Says if void a transaction they cant sell to you again. I called corporate office and they said not policy. I guess they just dont care for customers returning again. I will remove my monthly medications and go to HEB. I will not be treated bad because the employees just want to talk and walk around instead of working.."
