"Who ever driving dodge truck with Sbc9758 license plate on 10/14/23 needs his truck taken away almost caused 2 accidents by cutting multiple vehicles off , doesn't use his blinker at all while jumping lane to lane to avoid a slow down. Blocked me from getting onto the high way by rushing up behind me to cut me off while I trying to get on from the ramp."
