"I know! It's a great service. Getting an agent on the phone is a nightmare. I wish there was an app. Then one could check on the status (or confirm) arrival and return trip times. CONFIRM! And approx arrival times etc... But it sure would be a tremendously better service. Thanks guys!"
"I have been riding this bus for over a month everyday to a medical appt. It is the worst transportation and unreliable. When they pick you up they are suppose to wait for you for up to 10 minutes. I never make them wait but it's Thier policy. This morning he pulled up for 1 minute and left. Never honked, never called my phone until 10 minutes after he pulled away. This is a medical appt. I will be sick Iall day because these people don't care about you. I asked to be picked up at 9 am everyday. My clinic closes at 10. I'm in 5 minutes. They won't wait and drive me home. They make me sit on a curb for over an hour waiting to get home. I'm 62 yes old. They refuse to pick me up at 9. . If I had any other way to get there ide take it but I don't. One driver left me bruised for a week driving 40 mph on an old pit holed road. Threw me all over the bus. With a seatbely lt on. !!! I've called the office. They just cover for Thier drivers. They should be sued. We need a good reliable bus service here in new Braunfels. One that runs a regular route ON TIME."
