"Made an order on December 3rd and shipment showed in transit status since Dc 6 with this company and it wouldnt arrived to terminal till this day 13th. I called around and after all, turns out they had my item since the 6th but they themselves don't seem to know what they have in their own terminal/warehouse. I was told they "weren't notified properly they had the item". On top of it, they won't deliver to me till Friday 15th, because it's when they'll be around my neighborhood. Horrible shipping company, I can safely say it, since I've been an inventory control manager and done shipping and receiving in my employment history."
"Absolutely awful delivery experience. Never called to schedule a delivery, I had to call to even make contact after my shipment sat for 2 days, I offered them the option to pick it up at their location and they told me they could neither confirm or deny pick up and that they would call back once they had confirmation (never did) but could schedule it for home delivery on the day that they would drive my area. I had to tell the seller i bought my order to add the will call pickup freight on the order for it to be cleared for pickup, Seko did not disclose this and i found out from the seller after asking them. Even after having it cleared they never called back and i had to wait for it to be delivered at my home 2 weeks late. Customer service in the trash the whole way, AVOID AT ALL COST!"

"Poor communication from their San Antonio office, had to make the call myself to get a delivery completed in 4 weeks. The employee I spoke to was very nice. Just wish someone would’ve reached out first."
