"This HEB functions fairly well, but every once in awhile there will be a hiccup of either waiting a long time past your scheduled time or (more commonly) forgetting items. The parking lot for curbside is a little small and hard to navigate. It's also obvious that smaller orders get priority, causing those of us with larger orders to wait longer, which isn't entirely fair or convenient. The employees are always nice though and the system is super user friendly when it works."
"Usually pretty good but lately they’ve been forgetting things in the order or picking horrible items that are nearly spoiled."
"I'm an old guy; I don't go inside stores anymore if possible. I'm thankful for Curbside here at HEB. It's taken a while, but I understand the app, and I can find anything I need (or just want) from this HEB. I appreciate seeing the young people bringing my groceries. I think about them being here at 0-dark-30, sometimes in the cold rain. Usually, I slip them a buck just to let them know that I appreciate the service and I'm pleased to see them employed and learning about being in a workplace."
"Clean store and friendly staff as always. I love HEB and often go for lunch. My favorite is the fresh sushi options with some fruit and kombucha. The health isle with dried veggie chips and plantains with hummus are also go to snacks."
"Honestly, I didn't know how I would feel with Curbside, but with the level of courtesy towards us was refreshing. We had no idea Curbside didn't do the type of coupon we were trying and was greeted with this unexpected present informing us. It was a nice surprise and a successful attempt at informing the consumer."
