Dr. McCoy also used have great groups for autism in past that are still greatly appreciated. Those lessons still help my son to this day. Thank you, Dr. McCoy for your services in our community."
"McCoy refused to see us because of a cancellation 3 years ago. Seriously? Three years ago my son was 4, and their office cancelled TWICE. Then they set an appointment for us and never told us about it, so of course we missed it. We got a call saying it was missed, and that’s the only reason we knew. And three years later our non-verbal, autistic and ADHD son who is so aggressive that the school can’t handle him, is referred to McCoy because our pediatrician doesn’t know what to prescribe him, and we lost our chance because of a “cancellation” that never happened!? Extremely unprofessional."
"Dr McCoy was great with my son! He was very patient and thorough. He asked lots of questions while making good observations before diagnosing my boy. We have been given so many diagnosis by so many different people before, and it was relieving to finally have a professional thorough and thoughtful evaluation. He also offered lots of information and resources to find help."
"The one star rating is for the customer service. The receptionist was very rude. Dont expect her to greet you with a smile. She snaps at you when you ask questions. After giving me the paperwork to fill put she yelled at me through the window stating i was taking too long. 15 minutes... no one else was there didnt know i was being rushed with documents. Which i didnt get to complete :/ Dr. Gary Leka is nice and very patient. I highly suggest the girl in the front needs a replacement."
