"Our son needed prescription pain medication that Walmart couldn't fill. The doctor called it in and this location took all of 4 minutes to accept it. When my partner went to fill it they were slammed! 9 people inside waiting in line and the drive through was the same. The girl initially told him it would be a few hours to fill it. My partner gave the tech the phone and I explained to her that we will run out before the end of the weekend and we live at the top of a high steep hill and the ice storm would set in before the time she gave him. She went above and beyond to move our sons medication up, he's only 6 years old with a badly broken leg, and had the script ready for him within 20 minutes!! My partner was able to make it home safely due to her efforts to fill it as fast as posssible"

"This location is extremely backed up. I requested to refill a prescription that needed doctors approval and waited 24 hours and they never contacted my doctor so I had to request my doctor do it and only then was my order put in a pending status. Waited 24 hours after it was pending and called the pharmacy for an update because I need my prescription to breathe. After waiting 48 hours already, which I believe is a reasonable time to refill a prescription, I was told by the pharmacist that a lot of people are sick, it’s the holidays, and I shouldn’t have waited for the last moment to request a refill. Thanks for the empathy lady. Professionalism was out the window for her. I understand that you are stressed, but people count on you, and you are in a profession to help people. Maybe it’s not on you I don’t know, but that’s no way to treat a person. I hope management sees this or big Walgreens or whoever hires more pharmacist and staff. Walgreens pharmacy on Vogel is extremely understaffed, overstressed, and could use some sensitivity training. If you don’t like people, or to help them, maybe a career change is something you should look at. This is the last prescription I will ever get filled here. I’ve been a customer for 3 1/2 years while stationed in the area and enough is enough."

"Picking up a script here was easy to get in and out without much of a wait. There has been times when there is a wait but, got lucky on this visit. They sent a text when my script was ready so that I didn't waste a trip in."

"The ONLY way I will ever get another prescription filled here or at another Walgreens is if it's the last one on Earth. Who can afford to? I was written two prescriptions from my vet for my dog. Feeling like a pharmacy would be cheaper, I decided to take them here. They were charging me $198 MORE than my vet for prednisolone and Tramadol. Completely absurd and what a scam!"

"The pharmacy is always behind. Scripts run up to 7 hours start to finish. Staff in pharmacy has lied, stating they just received scripts when the app clearly shows they received them over an hour earlier. Pharmacy manager has no concern or empathy for the customer and does nothing to remedy long wait times. Have consistenly registered complaints with the store manager and pharmacy manager, but nothing has changed. Moving scripts to another pharmacy tomorrow."
