"This company has repeatedly been incredibly unhelpful. They tell their drivers to leave your items outside wherever it’s convenient. When you are getting deliveries that are large and heavy this is super frustrating because it’s not like you can drag it in. I always clear out large space in my garage and the drivers refuse to put the items in there. The company slogan is “curbside delivery” and they make sure that’s all you get. If you are comfortable with your large items being left out in the rain, being placed in the way of your car so you can’t go anywhere, this is the company for you. I will purposely only buy from vendors who do not use this service moving forward."

"To whom it may concern if you are a black man and thinking about being a dock worker for R&L carrier do not do it I repeat do not do it they are prejudice racist especially this guy by the name of Oscar the manager he played favoritism among the black and the Hispanics making it a hostile environment to work in. I had a black safety vest on and a Spanish guy had a black safety vest on two.but him asked me questions about my vest but not them so I went and put on the proper vest as I was working I'm looking at the Spanish guys with a black vest on so I went back and put on mine. This company is a straight-up safety hazard dock workers always getting hurt the yard hustler pull a trailer away from the door while a dock workers were loading it and then they try to make it look like it was the dock worker's fault although the yard hustler said he pulled the wrong trailer they made the dock worker go take a drug test for something he did not do. This is the second incident the yard hustler had nothing been done about it because he's a Hispanic guy. Then we had another guy by the name of Alex try to lift the dock plate up and it pulled him back bust his head blood and meat hanging out. They said it was his fault but they had the maintenance guys going around greasing the dock plates after this incident happened but it was too late because his attorney came in the next day. And for the manager Oscar he cannot do his job because he too busy looking at this Spanish girl on camera trying to tell all the guys not to speak to her but it's okay for us to speak to the black ladies. she stopped me one day when I was going to the break room he tried to make it look like I was over my lunch break he looking at the camera at us instead of doing his work.She quit her job because of him and he begged her to come back and then she quit again this is a married woman he have no respect for her marriage. They do not train you guys ride around with no seat belt no safety glasses every single day. And They constantly damage customers freight I never seen so much damage freight in my life. the warehouse is dirty nasty and filthy I rolled up into one.they know the freight is damaged they'll ship it to the customers anyway. Like I said the manager Oscar is prejudice he look out for his own peoples so if you are a black man and going to work for this company this is a heads up. He going to play favoritism on you like he did me. They said no cell phones in the warehouse he walk around every day on his cell phone but I still told shoes is it okay for him to break the rules. And when they bring food in it's only for the drivers. They always changing their minds they try to rush you to get the freight out that's how the freight end of damage so many guys have damaged the freight. The freight come in damage so they sent it out damage they try to recoup it but it still look a mess. They had a dock worker to stack some hazmat when it got to the other terminal two dock workers were hospitalized and the same guy who stacked the hazmat he was feeling his propane tank up outside on his cell phone forgot the hose was still hooked up and drove off snatched the holes off the propane but he's still there that's what you call favoritism in the workplace. 2 months later this same guy got a certificate of achievement can you believe that"

"Dropped off heavy load from their dolly and that was it. I’m a single female. I was unaware they wouldn’t just roll it a few feet inside at least. Now I’m stuck with a piano box sitting outside that I can’t move and have to call someone to help. I did call the company I ordered from because they need to highly reconsider who they use to deliver their items."

"At first I was nervous due to some negative reviews about R+L Carriers. When I purchased a large item online and it was going to be delivered via R+L Carriers, I had never heard of them. Long-story-short: - I made the purchase on a Friday, shipped out that day, - Monday I get a voice message from R+L carriers asking to schedule a delivery appointment, - called them back and asked about schedule flexibility, - was told when it arrives on Wednesday that they could hold it for up to 48 hours (so until Friday), - I decided not to wait and made an effort to be home during a window of 11:00am to 4:00pm, - delivery driver arrived on time at about 2pm, - she took the pallet off the truck using a pallet jack and wheeled it up my driveway and all the way into my garage. - product arrived undamaged (my vendor wrapped things well and placed a "DO NOT STACK" sign on it) Have to say, this was a fantastic delivery experience, keep it up!"

"The worst delivery experience I have had. The lack of organization and communication is astounding. Customer service is a nightmare, I have updated the correct shipping information on 3 separate occasions because they weren't properly submitting tickets to update the account. "That's just how freight works" has been the reasoning. "No guarantees". Do not count on them to contact you for any reason. But you can count on some miserable people behind the phone when you call. Still waiting on my order that was scheduled to be delivered to my business over a week ago... fingers crossed they decide to load my shipment tomorrow."
