"Good company however ever since swift bought them out they have become more strict about the speed limit and following distance. It’s a lot easier to get written up now than before. Other than that it is a really good company to work for overall."
"They orientation staff makes fun of the Students, They talk about students confidentiality out loud with their co-workers. Which is a breach! This is the Dallas terminal. They have you wait 2-3 days after orientation to verify work history an all this other stuff that should have been verified before you even get excepted. They don’t pay you for orientation unless you get hired . Which is backwards why waste people time a there money. It’s has to be some kind of financial kick back there getting Our class had 32 people onl 20 receiving trucks. Totally bad experience"
"start with awesome orientation team, it was the best spacialy Moe and Frank and the three awesome ladies doing the computer work very professional, the drug test team are very professional and nice,every one at the yard was very nice and professional, except My fleet manager Jason was unprofessional he sent me to another state to get my truck and i took the flights from Texas to Pennsylvania and paid for Uber out of my pocket!! when I arrived, I was surprised the truck wasn't ready and no one to deal with!!?? so i gave my fleet manager a call, and he said i get your back man no worries, i will book you a hotel room. Just give me ten minutes. i will call you back!!!, and that was at 5 p.m., and he didn't send me an email or call. i was waiting for five hours!! So at 1030 p.m., i called the fleet manager, and someone answered, and i found my fleet manager went to his house and didn't book me a room for the night !!!??? That is what happened on my first day of work, so next morning, i rented a car and drove it all the way to Texas and quit!! I will not deal A lier dispatch or unprofessional staff"
"Great support staff. Clean and orderly yard. No fuel. Easy in Easy out. Laundry, security, lounge area. Transportation UBER, LYFT, Use the DART for the airports if you have the time to spare to get to the airports. Usually under $5."
