"Best onboarding I've ever experienced! This crew takes care of you. Shout out to Latonya, Tony, & Curtis at the Dallas Terminal. Even before you arrive, they make sure you can get there. My personal vehicle has high mileage & I didn't want to use it. They provided me a rental car. During my stay, I was treated to a CLEAN hotel room with free shuttle multiple times a day to get necessities. Let's not forget HR compliances & training, which continued preparing me for my new career as a professional truck driver. Thanks Werner!"

"Instructors were great, motel is basic and very clean. The meals they serve you for breakfast and lunch is what I would call Truck stop food, I preferred the grab and go breakfast from the motel. If you can bring your own car, that is best so you can go get dinner or to a store. They have a shuttle service but it may not be running when you want to go out. And rental cars are turned in on day one. Remember to bring your gas receipts to be reimbursed. Staff are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are a recent Truck driving school graduate, bring your/copy of your certificate to get the tuition paid back, it and the gas receipts was not on the check off list that was sent to me."

"The location is pretty good. Trailer parking needs a serious overhaul. Lot of trailers just parked randomly because of how busy the term is and not enough space. Mechanics could at least act like they care or have an idea of what’s going on. Lost one of the keys to my truck and wouldn’t take responsibility for it. Told me to check my truck for the key when I told them it’s not in the truck. Came back the next day; guess who had the key..Maintenance. It’s a small thing, sure but take responsibility for the situation. Also, while the main part of the terminal is good, the recliners could do with some updates, same with the towels for the showers (I don’t know if the clean ones actually are. Dark spots on some? Gross) and please for the love of everything get some hot water in the showers. Various stops to the terminal and I’ve never had a good hot shower. Games could get an update or be fixed (Just don’t touch Hydro Thunder)"

"The hotel conditions were even better than the reviews led me to believe. Orientation went smoothly, as the instructors are amazingly considerate and caring. As a new driver, I was initially misinformed about orientation pay by my Werner recruiter (be aware that it's only $100/ Day during orientation for new drivers and recent graduates). I was also misinformed about the shuttle taking me to orientation from the Werner Hotel (Be prepared to walk). Overall it was a decent start into my trucking career, and I'm grateful for the opportunity Werner provided me."

"Unfortunately your company is closed at this time but one of your drivers almost crashed into us. He never stopped as he crossed over into oncoming traffic. Our vehicle went to the side curb. Your driver still did not slow down or stop."
