"I wish I had a better experience here but they truly do not care about your mental health, only about how much money they make. I saw Dr. Solon and he put me on a brand new medication that my insurance notified them they would not cover. He had a 2 week trial for the drug they put me on. Instead of notifying me that my insurance would not cover it, they made me call my pharmacist and insurance before realizing it was their mistake for not contacting my insurance about why I needed to be on such an expensive drug. I called them on a Friday to remind them I needed my medication because I had already gone days without it and they let me know it was going to take a couple days for them to work through the issue. Not even trying to be helpful or other solutions… Either way, Dr. Solon advised me to stop taking the drug I was taking previously, just to do a 2 week trial of another drug, then completely stop. I have been waiting for Novelty Behavioral Health to contact me for a week, but I realize they are just very incompetent…especially for people who NEED medication daily. I saw another review regarding this issue on this page and I just hope more people see it before going to Novelty Behavioral Health."
"Was able to talk to Dr. Correa. Was very helpful with his responses and reasoning behind my symptoms. Very good with his diagnosis and got me my medication needed very quickly. Very friendly environment and would 10/10 recommend for anyone needing a good psychiatrist in the valley."
