"I returned an item, which had its store tag intact. I had a receipt for the purchase, which I had made only a week earlier. Yet, I was asked for my driver’s license so the cashier could enter the number into the system, and I was interrogated about my reason for return. For heaven’s sake, it was a purchase under twenty bucks. I have no doubt I was profiled for my ethnicity. I have no doubt I never need to patronize that store again."

"Interesting store full of a lot of items. Vairied items change often with the seasons. Good number of helpful and willing salespeople throughout the store. One thing I found interesting instead of repeating the same boring canned announcements an actual salesperson makes the announcements every 20 minutes. When I saw her making the announcement I complimented that she sounded good and not like a recording and that she wasn’t using a script. She said she’s been doing it for 8 years and has had a lot of experience. Everyone I spoke to seemed happy with their jobs."
