"Easy to get in & out, friendly team .I do drop.& hook 3 times or more in a week they are the best team compared to a warehouse that they have Kansas city and Denver ,CO this last locations people working there, I have to say nothing but far from good"

"It could use some improvements they they had us there waiting for a hour and know one asked did we need any help we had to go find a forklift driver and ask to get our delivery and then he said we had to wait until he finish doing something so I wouldn't reccomend this place if u have to get somewhere else."

"I won’t ever go there anymore, they wasted my time for a load that isn’t even paying. I got there at 11:50am and was told I’d be out within 3hrs. I thought around 2pm I’d probably be out so I went to sleep to get ready. Woke up at 2:30pm and they weren’t even close to being finish. Went inside and said they need to hurry cause I don’t have time to waste. Was told they’re done. Okay waiting for them to come out since they said they’d bring papers out. 5pm came and they were still loading my truck. Sat inside to wait for them, although they first told me they finished, so they lied. They eventually finished at 6:50pm. I sat and saw them load they own truck while my wasn’t touched. I’ll never go back there again. If you want to waste your time at a place like that, be my guest. Wish I could give a 0 star."

"I just watched this truck nearly run over 4 vehicles in front of me. I slammed on the breaks when he violently cut me off, almost hitting a 5th car. If this guy is any reflection of the drivers this company has then I'm concerned. His tractor looks like its already been involved in an accident."

"This place has to be the worst shipping and logistics company I have ever seen. There were many problems on the receiving end of this delivery. First off, they didn't deliver to my business as was scheduled. The 1 pallet of freight was supposed to be delivered on Friday but did not make it to the route until Monday. I called on Friday and they apologized and said to call back Monday morning. They dont work the weekends apparently. I called an hour after they opened Monday and was told to call back later at 10:30. Still they had no idea when it was going to be delivered. None of their trucks go out until 10:30 and they are not loaded for delivery until late Monday. The dispatch has no plan or schedule for delivery and no idea of ETA for delivery. I would say the dispatchers were generally clueless and didnt seem to care about doing a good job. After calling the third time, I realized how incompetent they were and decided to go pick up the pallet at their warehouse but first had to wait to talk to the delivery driver. He told me that it was going to cost extra money to move the pallet from the bobtail to the ground. I basically didnt trust they could get it delivered and didnt want to deal with another one of their incompetent employees moving my freight again so I told him I would just pick it up. I had to drive 20 miles to go to their warehouse which was my deciesion but one mistake that I wont make again. When I showed up at the warehouse, there is zero signage to direct you where to go. Their parking lot is a traffic accident waiting to happen.. Their sign is faded and so has their customer service. This companies employees at the Grapevine location seem to be untrained and not supervised. When I walked in 4 of 5 employees were dazed away into their cell phones. The place was a mess. OSHA violations everywhere. I walked up to the man behind the window to give him my tracking number to retrieve my goods. He was very rude and with very poor manners and smelled really bad. This guy has no business talking with customers and should be fired or pushed into be the warehouse janitor. Next they gave me a piece of paper that I was instructed to give to the forklift driver. I gave it to him and he then searched for about 15 minutes around the warehouse. Apparently they have no system for numbered pallets to an assigned location in the warehouse. Then I noticed another man that worked their walking around the warehouse searching for frieght too. Over the next 20 minutes I waited and I watched 2 forklift drivers and one man on foot go around and around the warehouse each searching for a different shipment. One of the forklifts ran into and bumped another companies freight and kept on driving. This place sucks. It was a freaking mess in how they operate and how they keep their work environment maintained. Trash was everywhere and you can clearly see in the pics. Pallets stacked on top of each other leaning to fall over. They had all kinds of hazards all of the ground on the warehouse. On both ends of the warehouse between the loading bays, stuff piled up in the corners and against the walls. In general this place sucks and its amazing that anything gets delivered here. This place is a disaster and I would have given them zero stars but 1 stars is only option."
