"The worst customer service ever. We checked into our room late Friday night and tried to use the bathtub, which was broken. I notified the office who sent up a man who did not know how to fix it, and then after the man went back and forth a few times they switched us rooms, after my husband was the one who suggested it as they suggested for us to stay in the room and to call down to the front desk every time we wanted to use the tub for them to turn it on from the front desk. Which was absolutely ridiculous, and by now, it is almost midnight. The new room was completely filthy. We were told a manager was going to contact us the next day, which never happened."

"The room was clean. It's a super 8, so nothing fancy. The front desk attendant was polite and friendly. The location was close and convenient for me. The continental breakfast was not too good. Watered down juice, toast, raisin bran or frosted flakes, an apple, or a waffle (which stuck to the waffle iron so you could hardly get it out). The coffee was not hot, but a fresh thermos was brought out while I was there. I was expecting a little better."

"Mold COVERED shower curtain in the Jacuzzi Suite, methamphetamine drips all over the floor, burn holes in all of the linens, breakfast was absolutely horrible, the Jacuzzi was filthy and the room reeked of smoke and funk which is ironic because it was a non smoking room. When a refund was requested, the employee, manager and owner all refused and told me I ruined their cigarette burned couch and caused $400 in damage and has to be replaced, from what they insist is a milk stain. My 3 year old slept on the couch and had ONLY WATER in his sippy and we didn't have milk in the hotel room. The building is ran down, the rooms are horrible and all I heard all night was an infant crying non stop and a woman yelling at the baby in another language and banging on the wall until 3 am, which kept my autistic son awake. The ONLY ice machine is on the 2nd floor, so you have to literally leave your room and take the sketchy elevator to get ice. Just horrible."
