"Owners unplugged their system as I was starting to pump gas. I had to walk in and out to the pump 3 separate times in 10 degree weather after being told it "should be working", just to find out it was still booting back up. After almost 10 minutes of the the owners showing they had no idea what they were doing I decided to take my business elsewhere. The woman behind the front desk was very helpful and understanding, so the owners should ask her for some pointers in customer service."

"I rented a Uhaul truck from this location. I denied the insurance coverage when I picked the vehicle up. When I returned it, the person working said they could not process the drop off and that their manager would do it and email me the receipt. When I got m receipt 2 hours later they had tried to sneak on insurance charges that I had already rejected and then billed my credit card for those charges I didn’t authorize. When I immediately called them I was told that I would have to call Uhaul as they couldn’t do anything about the additional items they tried to sneak on my bill. Needless to say if you rent from this location make sure you check your bill to ensure you are not paying for items you didn’t authorize."

"Nothing is ever repaired. Washer fluid is always out. It is like no one ever steps outside. Only going there for T-mobile rewards since the rest became Circle K. Shells aren't what they used to be."

"Always great service at this SHELL! Fair prices on gasoline, competitive with other stations. Inside friendly cashier's, always helpful to find things I'm looking for. Often, they have some great specials inside. Don't just PAY At the PUMP, go inside and get a snack, cold drink, lottery ticket, or something to take home and ENJOY! GREAT location. Usually, not real crowed."

"Great, competitive gas prices, although a bit off the beaten path from the main exit on Highway 61 traveling through Troy, for those that don't drift. I think it's worth looking for the station, especially for those with loyalty reward cards for Shell stations. If you use Fuel Rewards, you can get your "cents per gallon" discount. And, if you haven't signed up for their card, you can walk in and join right on the spot, and start saving money immediately. (I'm sure it's the same for all stations that offer these types of programs.) The pumps are well lit and the lot is in good condition and not filled with potholes or uneven areas, anymore than would be 'normal' for any parking lot. I have not been inside the convenience store for any length of time, so I cannot rate it for cleanliness of the bathrooms, etc. I only popped in to asked a single question of the staff member, who was pleasant enough (for someone being asked a quick question at work and answering it) and nothing spectacular stood out, either way. So, I honestly couldn't rate the building, bathroom facilities, or the friendliness of the staff. From the outside appearance, it seems to well maintained, and based on my short interaction, the staff was professional and nice."
