"Booked a load with Mark on a Tuesday around noon. I received an email from him around 4 PM saying he needed to cancel the load because he found a load for his truck to pickup Tuesday night. I'm now on the hook for a late fee with my shipper as I requested an early pickup appointment for them to load Wednesday morning. If you are up for being hung out to dry this is the perfect carrier. No remorse or offer to help make it right, just shopped his truck and found something better. Do not trust this company, clearly they do not care about their customers."
