"I work for this company as an end dump driver. These guys are amazing from the owner down the line. I've been in trucking for 24 years otr, regional and local, these people are family and they don't hound you at all as long as you're getting YOUR job done. I highly recommend J7. Like my friend Jonny Newell said, that's just my opinion."

"I literally just had one of your trucks cut me and an elderly woman off!! He was supposed to yield getting onto the 67 and didn't key blue by us who have the right away at about 90 miles an hour and continued to do about 85 miles an hour in a 70 mile-an-hour Zone. I called in to the trucking company to No Surprise it was like dispatch didn't care so I'm sure they won't do anything but it's truckers like that that cause major accidents!!"

"Whoever was driving one of there trucks Lic. Plate Y87619....is a terrible truck driver...one of the worst ever. 90+ on I35. Going in all lanes and getting right behind people and riding there tail until he found an opening to cut someone else off and get right behind the next vehicle. I usually don't write reviews but this guy was something else. If this were my company that dude would be gone. This instance happened between Austin and Salado, Texas around 4pm on June 12, 2017."

"Do not stand behind their work. I paid $1800 for a new clutch, rear main seal, and bell housing gasket. The tech did not replace the bell housing gasket. The truck was still leaking oil when I picked it up. The manager tried to BS me by claiming the oil was leaking from somewhere else. When I reviewed the invoice for the work the, diagnosis clearly stated that the bell housing gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced. But on the final invoice the tech did not mention anything about the bell housing gasket nor was I charged for a new bell housing gasket. Their own invoice clearly shows their mechanic screwed up. I don't know why he didn't replace the bell housing gasket but the fact remains he did not do it. Fast forward 18 months and about 100 gallons of lost oil and I finally have the time and money to put it in the shop again. The mechanic at the new shop confirmed that the clutch was good the rear main seal was good but the bell housing gasket on the engine side was trash. It was very old and cracked and should've been replaced years ago. It cost me $2200 to replace the bill housing gasket. J7 refuses to pay for these repairs. I'm now filing suit against them in County Court. Just do yourself a favor and go to Alvarado Truck Center instead. They do the job right the first time and they stand behind their work."

"If you tell the guy "check the truck out and fix everything that is wrong", you should not find problems with the truck before you even leave the shop yard. They had it for over a week, charged me $3500 and it still wouldn't pass a dot inspection. I'm hoping I never have to come back here again"
